“The spiritual journey is individual and highly personal. It can’t be organized or regulated. It isn’t true that everyone should follow one path. Listen to your own truth.”

Dear Beloved Community,
Years ago, while training with a Lakota shaman, I learned a profound truth: the world offers us opportunities through opposites. At that time, I was battling an autoimmune disorder, weighed down by medications and illness. Yet, I knew I was an energetically attractive being—not in a physical sense, but in my ability to draw experiences to me. The question was, why was I attracting dis-ease?
This challenge wasn’t a punishment but a teacher. It invited me to shift from victimhood to empowerment. The shaman’s wisdom of opposites guided me to focus not on disease, but on wellness. I began to surrender to my reality—not fighting my body’s pain but softening into it. In that surrender, I found space to vision the health I wanted to attract.
Each night, amidst pain and sweat, I repeated a mantra: “I am whole. I am healthy. I am at peace with my body and all of life.” Using mala beads, I chanted this at least 500 times a day, sometimes aloud, imagining its vibrations weaving wellness into every cell. I recalled from science that our cells renew over time—some in days, others over years. Seven years became my horizon of patience.
Through this practice, I released old traumas, limiting beliefs, and collective noise. Slowly, I healed. Low-vibration energy gave way to light. This journey taught me that our paths are deeply personal. Healing can feel lonely until we surrender to the urge to merge—with our higher wisdom, with the divine presence in all things.
Whatever you call this energy—God, Goddess, Creator—it’s in everything, especially you. You are never alone. Your path to joy and bliss may unfold through art, dance, meditation, yoga, breathwork, nature, or silence. Quiet your mind, rest in your heart, and become the alchemist of your life. Trust that you are exactly where you need to be. Patience, dear ones, is your ally and, now I am especially remembering that I am a student as I face other challenges. We are attending the university of earth…..let’s do this together!
