EMBRACING CURIOSITY OVER DOUBT
Dear Beloved Community,
For the past decade, I’ve been immersed in the transformative teachings of Richard Rudd’s Gene Keys, a profound system blending astrology, the I Ching, and Taoist wisdom to guide personal growth. One teaching that resonates deeply with me is the journey from doubt to inquiry, and ultimately, to truth.
Every energy within us carries a shadow, a gift, and a siddhic (divine) quality. The Gene Keys help us recognize our shadow behaviors and elevate them into higher vibrations of thought and action. Doubt, for instance, is a natural instinct, often paired with discernment. While these qualities can protect us, they can also foster discomfort, causing us to withdraw from our environment and connections.
Here’s a gentle invitation: the next time doubt arises, pause and shift into curiosity. Imagine you’re in conversation with someone new, and a sense of distrust or unease creeps in. Instead of retreating, try asking questions. This simple act moves us from judgment to openness, allowing us to see others more clearly. Often, our fears stem from past experiences, not the present truth.
Our fears may feel real, but they are not always true. They are often echoes of old patterns, not reflections of reality. By choosing curiosity and open-heartedness, we dismantle defensive barriers and create space for deeper connection.
This week, let’s practice flow—taking responsibility for our own energies and keeping our hearts, minds, and bodies open. Flow is a conscious choice, and only we can choose to shut it down. Most perceived threats are simply feelings, not truths.
May you move through this week with a curious spirit and an open heart, trusting in the beauty of your own unfolding.
With deep love and gratitude,
