Having a human experience is to have an innate need to have freedom. Freedom to express through voice and art, freedom of religious and spiritual choice, freedom to love who we want, having our free will to pursue our dreams, to acquire health and wealth, and most importantly to live an inner life that is heartfelt and filled with a ferocious passion for life.
Each day is meant to be ours… in full presence as we become acutely aware of the power we have within that leads to our true destiny of a life filled with fierce compassion and purpose in an extraordinarily ordinary way.
As we put attention to our transcendence through the small choices each day, we begin to experience a freedom that comes from within. Freedom liberates the soul from the bonds of society and ancestral lineage.
Everything we do each day is a subconscious choice in a vain attempt to be liberated. When we bring more awareness to the freedom that wants to arise from within, we make different choices.
→ We move from being puppets to our beliefs to writing and directing a new play.
→ We move from needing the approval of small minds to standing with the brave and noble who refuse to settle for less.
→ We move from a ‘group mind’ to a truly independent and free mind that resonates with the heart of our own matter.
→ We shift from the fight, flight, freeze and/or appease to knowing and honoring our own personal integrity and consciously choosing our response….which may be no response.
I am here to support you to have the courage (as it takes courage to make change) and bring your light-hearted free spirit to the planet for us all to enjoy. Your gifts that lie within are gifts for others to enjoy.
Yes, this is a challenging path and yes, it creates temporary discomfort as we make hard decisions…….AND, it is a path of ascension. A path that moves from a circle of sameness to the spiral of liberation.
It may feel self-absorbed or look that way to others, and yet, it is actually self-actualizing. This results in the ultimate unity of Oneness to all through the love and acceptance of self. This is not ego love, but an expansive love that is inclusive, compassionate, and warm.
